if an item is out of stock we endeavour to order the same day and lead
times vary between manufacturers. You will be advised of any delay.
In most cases of non-stock items we can dispatch items within 30 days.
Some parts such as gears take a long time to make and long delays can be
unavoidable, please contact BDK for stock levels if your order is
urgent.
Currently BDK uses Royal Mail, UK Mail and DHL as its delivery agents &
BDK reserves the right to choose which method to use on all orders. Price
for delivery is shown at checkout before payment based on the weight of
the parcel.
Some items such as large carbon parts are given an artificially high
weight to compensate for the large volumetric cost.

accepted for return in the event
that they were incorrectly supplied by ourselves, or are faulty and the
following conditions are satisfied: We are notified within 7 days of
receipt. Items are returned fastest route possible.

replacing the damaged packaging. If you choose to exercise your right of
cancellation after the goods have been dispatched to you then you are
responsible for returning them to us at your own cost.
